Portrait: Simon

I've been experimenting with various overlays on my artwork. I used a bokeh effect for this one. Bokeh has been defined as "the way the lens renders out-of-focus points of light". But for this one, I used it to achieve an effect that makes it seem like the subject was surrounded by small lights.
